The SubCulture.com is a place for people to gather and explore the diversity that is the human race. It is a place for people of like minds and a place for people of totally different minds to come together and, well, share what's on their mind!

In short, a group of people whose views, ideals, style, tastes...whatever comes to mind!...differ from that of the socially accepted "norm". Often this is a radical difference - sometimes it's a subtle one. For a more technical definition and explanation check out "Home" on this website.

Of course! The yin yang is the symbol of the law of unity of opposites. It is the opposite or different aspects of a single whole. In this case, the SubCulture and the CUlture are the yin to each other's yang. As with the symbology of the yin yang, each piece completes a single whole, and each side contains aspects of the other (the opposite color inside the main color). The SubCulture logo is not round, because round things tend to roll along more smoothly. With the variations of the SubCultures, life just doesn't seem to be that smooth.
The black color of the "underground" SubCulture encompasses the white color of the Culture. While the culture has the appearance of control, it is the SubCulture that drives the culture to be what it is. The small grey, nebulous square in the middle is the grey area that is the fuzzy separation between the culture and the SubCulture that can only come through thinking "outside the Box".

Everything...nothing. It all depends on what you're looking for. Right now, as a gathering place, we're just getting the lopsided ball rolling. We have forums, blogs, merchandise that is too cool for words, and links to great sites. We will be putting out a newsletter, sending out update news for those who sign up (so register for your membership now!), we will have subdomains, a personal SubCulture web browser for download, and we are working now to create a series of live streaming internet radio shows.
